LESSER OF TWO EVILS?

The Republican candidate in the fast approaching Presidential Election, Donald Trump and the Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, seem to have so much baggage that there is a large number of Americans who feel as if they must choose between the lesser of two evils.
Trumps business ventures, numerous lawsuits and harsh words toward various ethnic groups and veterans have not resonated well with a large number of Republicans nor Democrats. Although he seems to be softening his stance on the deportation of ileagal imigrants, and behaving in more of a presidential manner, it seems to be too little too late for those offended. On the upside, he seems to be popular among those negativley affected by The Clinton Administrations NAFTA debacle that has costs this country over one million jobs since its inception twenty years ago. He revealed a solution to a crowd in Michgan recently, that seemed to have been received with open arms. On the contrary, his remarks concerning the state of African Americans in this country has had mixed reviews in the African American community nationwide.
Former first lady and Democratic candidate for President, Hillary Clinton has a myriad of issues that concern those that support both parties. Her previous support of NAFTA and Mass Incarceration, which she inherited from the Bill Clinton Administration, her problem with the use of her personal email accounts to send and receive classified information, and most importantly to some, donations to the Clinton Foundation by individuals in the Middle East Some feel as though she is being given a pass due to her status as former first lady and Secretary of State. On the upside, she is being praised for her stance on imigration, healthcare and the CHIPS program among other so called safety nets for those in need.
It is this writers opinion that it would be wise for both candidates to focus on solutions and not their opponents flaws. Whomever wins this election will be the candidate that fully convinces the voting public that they have the solutions needed to turn this country around and make America great again.
