JUST A THOUGHT

There's a concern that's been lurking in my mind for quite some time now regarding the Steve Hartman and Layne Walker's issue.

Since Phillip Klein has been such a strong and persistent advocate for Steve Hartman. Maybe he may be willing to shed light on these thoughts.

I've often wondered how was the protocol structured when it came to serving papers on a defendant. The way that "pen camera" captured the series of events that took place in Judge Walker's courtroom. It really appeared to be a setup! It seems the camera captured nothing prior to the starting of that particular event. So it had to have been turned on after entering the courtroom.

If using a pen camera was protocol. Why didn't he use that camera when he alleged Judge Walker "pulled a gun on him when he was at the judges home" attempting to serve papers then? I would have loved to view that footage.

Without me knowing that portion of the law, it just seems, while he was already there he should have just left the papers then. At that point,, shop closed!!!

Instead he chose to go to his job which happens to be a packed court room, and, (which would clearly add insult to injury), fire up the camera well knowing and anticipating the outcome, then serve him there. What happened to serving him in private chambers?

Seems to me, he made a special point to go there to start that fire storm. (Entrapment), trick or deceive (someone) especially by inducing them into commit a crime in order to secure a prosecution...

Texas Penal Code § 8.06. "Entrapment": (a) It is a defense to prosecution that the actor engaged in the conduct charged because he was induced to do so by a law enforcement agent using persuasion or other means likely to cause persons to commit the offense.

Also, I don't believe Zena needs to be "persuaded" to rid the Sheriff's department of those two gentlemen that are currently under indictment until "after" a conviction is secured. Which will never happen,,, trust me on that!

I sat in the courtroom during that hearing and so did Klein. I also secured a copy of the transcript from that hearing... That case will die in the water... The only way that that case will gain any life is if the deputy's are fired. This is America, they should not be fired merely due to accusations!!!
