A SLICE OF REALITY PIE

The best of friends are usually the least appreciated, While the worst of friends Are almost always celebrated,

Now how can we tell when we have a friend or foe, As we live in a masquerade Where true intentions don't show,

We say and do things to push our own agenda, Compassion and sincerity Will not often be rendered,

A selfish society Is on the battlefield of the mind, A genuine and true relationship Has become so hard to find,

So we wait patiently As we watch, fight and pray, Knowing we can lean on Jesus To help us along the way, AMEN 🙏🏾
