KARMA IS A B**CH

It amazes me how the law of Karma always seems to catch up with people that cannot handle what they dish out. Years ago when Brian McDougal assumed the position of City Manager for the COPA, there was resistance from several department heads and a few employees that led to them either finding other jobs or being terminated.

Some of them even contacted me, saying that he was changing things for no reason, having them follow policies and procedures that they normally did not follow. My advice to them was to comply with their bosses orders, find employment elsewhere or eventually be terminated.

Now it seems that after the last election which added Harold L. Doucet Sr, Cal Jones, and Thomas Kinlaw III to the council, that Mr. McDougal has a problem with them exercising their rights as members of council by consulting with city employees regarding city business. My advice to him is to comply with your bosses orders, find employment elsewhere or eventually be terminated.
