GOODBYE BRIAN

In a city that with a crumbling infrastruction and high unemployment rate, Brian McDougal has not been able to put together a streets program or even spend the nine million dollars given to him by council to use on streets. Of the nine million he only managed to spend one million. He has not filled the many vacant positions at the city, a city with an unemployment rate higher than a giraffes head. He has made decisions and taken action on numerous occasions without council approval as if this was HIS city and he could do whatever he wanted with it. Last but not least, without consulting council, or obtaining their approval he got rid of the catastrophe insurance on some of the vehicles that drowned during Harvey. I refuse to continue to list reasons to get rid of this man. Be at the council meeting tonight at five thirty, fifth floor, city hall and watch the fireworks.
